Work breakdown and schedule (Gantt Chart)

While working on my artefact I tried to keep every process to a minimum of two days however I was unable to do this and some steps overlapped or even extended for four or five days sometimes which was not expected however I had enough time to work around these problems. I started planning how every day wound go in January so that I can begin working on the artefact from the first of February and hopefully finish by the end.

Basic logo sketch

This was a very short process since I was collaboration to create my logo therefore, I just needed to sketch roughly what I would like my logo to look like and therefore it should not take more than one working day

creation of social media accounts

This is also a very short task and shouldn’t take longer than two days

website site map

This is a process which plans how the website would flow from home to finish and was a diagram therefore it should take only one day at most

website wire framing

This is a process where a blank layout of pages would be designed therefore it may take a relatively long time however I do not expect this process to take longer than three days

page designs

since the wire frames would already layout how the pages would look and be laid out putting them together should be a bit easier and therefore I do not expect this process to be more than two to three days

creation of pages

After designing the pages and making the wire frames coding these pages should not take more than four days however I do expect this process to be tedious and therefore these days may not be enough but I think its very possible within this time period

testing

testing the pages created should take no longer than two days because they were already created, and the website builder should help with ensuring they work properly and are bug free

editing and implementation of pages

this process is a fairly long one due to the fact that the pages would be refined and linked together as they will be when the website is published therefore this process is expected to take up to a week at most, so I have set aside a fairly long period amount of time for this

testing usability

I would be assisted by classmates to test the different pages just to ensure nothing is missing or wrong so I have set aside three days as I do not think any ore would be required

tweaking and fixing minor issues

I have set aside four days for this because I expect positive criticism and feedback from the persons who help with the testing and most of the suggestions and feedback given would be taken into account and the website would be improved upon

second testing

This should be the last time that the site would be tested and I hope it would be error free and ready to be presented at this point however additional work can still be done even if other suggestions are made
