Review the project with you client or peers/audience

Most of my feedback received was informal however there were some persons who I asked specifically to view it and give me feedback on how I can make the site even better, I was given some constructive criticism on the website such as-

Homepage:

reduce the writing and make my brand more apparent was suggested and a carousel should be implemented showing of some of my work and it would link to my portfolio /projects page was returned as feedback by one of the persons I asked to check my website

Portfolio/projects:

they should be able to be displayed more fully rather than just a small window was suggested informally by one person

Website in general:

Website load time took a while while testing and sometimes even needed to be refreshed which was more of an observation however comments were made by some persons regarding this

Ensure the project is running to plan

Presently the project has run to plan and some parts were even completed ahead of time and some days that were set aside to do one task ,the task set was completed and another one was sometimes started in the very same day which caused the time estimated to be shorter and was very good because some problems were encountered when making the site which delayed things somewhat but because there was extra time things stayed according to plan.

Check your assumption made earlier are still valid

Throughout the development of this project there are changes that were made to make the project better overall and changes that happened to me personally :

“I would use one of the sketches I made to make a logo “-these logos were very complex to create and therefore the person I am collaborating with suggested a more simplistic style which when given feedback received a more positive response and was therefore decided to use a specific part of one and a simple text based logo

“I want to code my website from scratch and do everything without using any frameworks or website builders”-I thought that I would want to build the website from scratch but while planning it I realised it was not necessary as I wanted to be a photographer and no longer a website designer

“I want to be a website designer/developer and would therefore make my site with this idea in mind “-While taking pictures and processing them for Photography and for this website I have decided that this makes me happy and I love working on images and taking them
